Information For Tenants   Thank you for considering a Royal Properties rental.  Before requesting a showing, please pick up and complete an application. You may pick up an application at: Royal Properties main office, 1745 W. Shaw Ave. #101, Fresno, CA. 93711.  (or click on the above link and print out the application.) An Application/Credit Check fee of $30.00, Cash or Money Order, is required to process the application. Holding Deposit is usually equal to 1/2 month's rent in cash, cashier's check or money order. Move in requires first month's rent and a security deposit equal to first month's rent. Funds must be in cash, money order, or cashier's check, paid prior to move in.
